What does the error SBL-CSR-00212 means?

When the TBUI invoking from CTI event (custom business service is using) and the task step is GotoView i got an error SBL-CSR-00212 (something that i hae no access to the the view "Viewname". I and this view in Response - the same problem.

When I invoke the same sevice from button there no error and the task is showning.

Please help!
