IDSM Chargeback - Claim not progressing for request approval

Hi,

IDSM Chargeback

- Data uploaded via web ADI

- IDSM chargeback batch created -- processed - payment processed - pending close

- A claim is created in Claims workbench

-- Settlement method is defaulted from Customer Trade Profile

Claim is with Open status waiting for user to push for "Request Approval"

I am looking for an option which will automatic progress for "Request Approval"  and workflow notifications where approvals needed.

Please suggest how system will push the claims for approval process automatically.
