Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Multiple issues with Media objects

Issue started to happen after user upgraded their laptop recently:

Issue 1: "Internet Explorer: Internet Explorer has stopped working" and IE crashing during media object upload.

Issue is specific to pdf type attachments upload (may be user upload pdfs only)
Interestingly, when system prompts to close the browser, and a new session is opened, the system shows that the pdf is saved with success.

Issue 2: Cannot use backspace/DEL or even copy from notepad and paste in media object text editor

Research for known issues with IE crashing during media object upload. Found nothing specific to media object upload:
