8.1.1.11 to IP2017 migration installation

Need help with migration installation of Ip2017. We have existing 8.1.1.11 Siebel instance

Solaris host - Siebel GTWY & Siebel Server oracle_home location /siebel/gtwysrvr and /siebel/siebsrvr

Windows box - Siebel App & SWSE

I ran the Application Interface on Windows box by selecting Migration option and in that process it haven't asked for any Database information for security profile. Installation completed successfully.

But, when I ran runInstaller on solaris (hosting 8.1.1.11 Siebel GTWY & Siebel Server )  it prompted for Database information for security profile but the next step it prompts for Application Interface and doesn't proceed

Please help why ???
