R09600 and R09612 not working as per functionality

Hi Friends,

Problem description:-

Version E9.0 , database AS400

We are facing two issues as follows:-

1) R09600 is not completing on web:- When we run the report R09600 on FAT with the local machine path for bank MT940 file its accepting the data in both F09610 and F09611 staging tables. MT940 is attached for reference. The same file format which is in SWIFT is not being processed on web with web server path, UBE stays in processing status for long and ultimately we need to terminate it. Added record in P093081 for UTF-8 as its SWIFT format.

Found one bug related to BAI2 format but not for SWIFT.
