DR Swtichover from RAC to RAC

Team,

If Primary and standby both are on 3 and 2 node RAC's, While switch-over do we need to shutdown all other Instances of Standby RAC as well.

We know we need to shutdown all other apart from Primary on Current Production before switch-over does this need to be done for Standby RAC instance as well.
