Siebel Unexpected Session Warning

Hello,

can you help me to find out why some users are getting Session Warning error: The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties..

The strange is that Siebel server is up and running and no restart has been executed.

Is the problem on Web Server ? Is it related to some session limit ?

If yes, on which path  can I find log's folder on Oracle HTTP Server ?
