Tasks having Rule 'Dispatch' are displayed in task type LOV in SR Form

Hello,

We are seeing a strange behavior in R12.2.6 after some patches were applied. Only those task types which have rule set as Dispatch are shown in the Task Type LOV in SR Form.

Task type mapping for the tasks in question has been correctly setup. However, if Dispatch rule is not set for the task (type); it doesn't show up in the LOV. What might be the root cause for this problem?
