Planned Order Difference for Raw Material in Two Step Planning (MPS+MRP) Vs Single Step (MRP)

We have two combination of ASCP Plans (Run in Parallel on same data, same instance)
A. MPS+MRP (Two Plans)
B. Global MRP (Singe Plan)
All Raw Material (Planning Method=MRP Planning) are planned in MRP and others (FG, Sub assembly-Planning Method=MPP Planning) in MPS. MPS is fed to MRP as Demand Schedules for few planning organizations.
All Plan Option are same in both the Plans. Input data (Supply and Demand) are also same. But we are getting large difference in ASCP Recommended Planned Order for Raw Material. This is much higher in MPS+MRP Plan in comparison to Global MRP.
