Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how I can found :

Oracle CX Architecture Documentation, containing
1. Any Special Security measures
2. Network configurations (Ports, etc)
3. Required Bandwidth required, to be able to estimate what Internet bandwidth they need at each branch.
4. Any Limitation on Space, Network usage, Access to the Cloud.
5. Secure connection specifications between Customer & Oracle CX cloud
6. All the data safety/security measurements and procedures.
7. Backup procedure
8. Data Local backup procedure
9. Data availability
10. Data accessibility
Is Oracle CX is PCI compliant, is there any document stating that.
