Unable to preview a set of reports: "Code 9: Failed to Export Report" (RES3700)
Hi everyone,
I recently updated one system with RES 3700 Version 5.5 MR1.
All reports were working perfectly fine until i did a Clear total and changed Tracking Groups in POS Configurator.
The Error "Code 9: Failed to Export Report" is what i receive only and only if i run any reports related to Menu Items. Whether it is Detailed or summary, it gives me this above error. If i run Guest Check reports or Employee Reports, all of it runs without the error.
I read about this error in Doc ID 2117823.2, But in that case all reports were showing the same error. I am receiving this error only for Menu Item reports.
