Self Service Page not proper working

Hi Fellows,

we have successfully installed 12.2.7 oracle EBS , and at the time of implementation we revealed that Account Setup > ledger page is not properly working while completing all nessarly steps of Ledger , click on complete , it should shows the warning with option Yes : No , but this warning page is not display.

Navigation is;   General ledger Super User>Setup>financial>Account Setup Manager>Accounting Setups

& also when i am going to raise my SR but i am unable to pick a Operating system version. what to do to raise SR & also seek solution.
