How to move the whole quantity of a LOT

Hi,

I would like to know how can i move the whole quantity of a lot and not to do many transactions for the same lot.

For example:

My Lot is MJ001 and the quantity is 5000.

Now i have a move order with 4500 as quantity requested and i need that the system didn't allow the divisible lot. So the system will accept only to move 5000 and not 4500 so will accept the entire quantity.

Is it possible ? and how ?
