Preview and Print the Acknowledgement report fails in Generating the PDF

Hi,

We are upgrading from 11.5 to R12.2.6,  Program to generate a Sales Agreement/Sales Order or Contracts Attachment program is completing normal generating the PDF in attachments in the sales order form but  still it is not displaying in the Sales order form ->actions->Preview and Print. the error saying as "An error occured during the PDF document generation. Please contact your system Administrator. " Kindly suggest us.
