How to configure Help --> Diagnostics --> Examine functionality in query-only mode

Hi,

we are in Rel 12.1.3 RPC 5.

Recently we did some security role changes and hence created new custom role and assigned to the users in PROD.

The ability to use the Help --> Diagnostics --> Examine function from the menu is very valuable for troubleshooting.

It will show the block and field name where the cursor is, the last query run, profile options, all sorts of great info. 

But...It gives the ability to update as well as view data.  Since we didn't want our users to have the ability to update the data accidentally, we create a new role with the permission set - FND Diagnostics Examine Read Only and assigned it to the users.
