Number on push notification flag in peoplesoft crm

Hi Team,

We have enabled push notifications functionality and notifications are triggering fine but whenever new alert came to an agent, the number of unread items on notification flag is not appearing when user login into the application.

Could you please help on this if I miss any configuration or setps missed.?
