Can we have different Intercompany COGS Account for same OU? but different Ship From Og to differnt

We do Internal Drop Ship, i.e. Selling OU (OU S) enters sales order but ship directly to customer from Mfg OU ( OU M)

OU M has 2 Inventory Org (Org M1 & M2) while OU S has 1 Inventory Org (Org S1).

We defined 2 Intercompany Transaction Flows between:

1) Start with OU M to ship from Org M1 to End with OU S, Org S1

2) Start with OU M to ship from Org M2 to End with OU S, Org S1

We would like to have different Intercompany COGS account setup for each of these flows. Is it possible?  I tried but each time I changed the COGS of one flow, the other flow also changed.
