Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create service contract covered line for a usage item using oks_import_subline_pub.create_

Hi All,

I am trying to create service contract covered line for usage item type using oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline API.

API is failing with message "OKC_CONTRACTS_INVALID_VALUE (COL_NAME=USAGE_FIXED_MANDATORY)" if USAGE_FIXED column is passed with null value.

But, when I pass any value for field "USAGE FIXED" in API, it is completing successfully.

But,as per the business requirement Usage fixed(fixed quantity) value should be NULL.

Also, when I tried creating the covered lines through front end screen, system is allowing to create line even if no value is passed into
