FDM EE Validation problem

Currently we do have some Validation Problem in FDM EE.

Some user (belonging to the same domaine/group of companies) are not able to validate data in FDM EE. The strange thing is: For some user it works sometimes. For others never.

Our IT is checking firewalls, active directory etc., but as of now we do not understand the problem.

Users are provisioned for the HFM application.

We are having HFM 11.1.2.4.205

Last month we had only 204 patch and did not have a problem.

Can the problem be related to PSU 205?

Is this maybe a shared Services issue? However since not all users are having the problem I d not think so.
