CIF Supplemental Data setup - existence program

Unable to find this info in the knowledge center.  In the CIF setup, there are a couple of fields in the fold - 'Exist Pgm/File'. The help states that this will check for the existence of a specified address book number.  I know the file is F0101LA, but what is the program that should be used?  Does it already exist, or does the customer need to create it themselves?
