libexpat - Solaris 10 clarification ?

We are running following version of Solaris.

Oracle Solaris 10 1/13 s10s_u11wos_24a SPARC

We have installed following package:

pkginfo -l SUNWlexpt

PKGINST:  SUNWlexpt

      NAME:  libexpat - XML parser library

  CATEGORY:  system

      ARCH:  sparc

   VERSION:  11.10.0,REV=2005.01.08.05.16

   BASEDIR:  /

    VENDOR:  Oracle Corporation

      DESC:  libexpat - XML parser library 2.2.0

    PSTAMP:  sfw10-patch20160916172111

  INSTDATE:  Jan 23 2017 06:39

   HOTLINE:  Please contact your local service provider

    STATUS:  completely installed

As per following website: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/solaris10/overview/freeware-140804.html

List libexpat 2.1.0 for developer. We have gcc installed on server.

Could you please advise if there is libexpat devel for Solaris like it is the case in Linux ? Could you please advise what other package beside SUNWlexpt we would need to install for developer  ?
