Pick slip print cut off time

Hi Team,

We would like to have any pick lists that print after 2:30 PM on Monday thru Thursday and after 11:30 AM on Friday be dated with the next business days date to allow  shipment to be shipped.

Is that we can achieve by scheduler changes or any other easy way avoiding customization.

If customization required  can it done with minimum effort. Please advise.
