Contact Center - Addresses tab - can't add SHIP_TO and BILL_TO to some of addresses
steps
- Navigation to CS responsibility
- find one party
- go to address tab
- Click 'Include Inactive'
- click one of the address (the address user reported got problem)
- click new row in Site Usages
- click the pop up list - there is no SHIP TO and no BILL TO in the lists
what could it be?
we have confirm for the same site, there are no other records (normally Inactive status) with SHIP TO or BILL TO, by
- from front-end, click Include Inactive to show all records, and
- from back-end, no other records, hz_party_site_uses table.
