Intermittent errors in Receiving of Drop Ship

Hi,

We are seeing intermittent errors in Receiving of supplier drop ship lines. If we try the same transactions after some time they are processed with no errors.

The server setup  has 2 application nodes and one database node. We are on Oracle 12.2.4

Has anyone seen these errors before? Any ideas if we need to change some setups/database configurations

Org structure

Legal Entity : LE1

Ledger - SOB1

Operating Unit - OU1 and OU2

Inventory ORG - INV1 linked to OU1 and INV2 linked to OU2

OU1 and OU2 are linked to the same Legal Entity and SOB1

Scenario 1

Sales order booked in OU1, Supplier drop ship received in INV1.
