Discrete Workstation is not Opening

We cannot open Discrete Workstation even after executing the relink and bounce. Doc ID ‎‎2214116.1 - Discrete Workstation Form Is Opening In One Instance But Not In Other Instance.

Steps to reproduce: Please see attachment for screenshots.

  1. (N) Work in Process > Discrete > Discrete Workstation
  2. Enter Department.
  3. Click (B) Launch              
  4. Click (B) Run.
  5. Nothing happens.

Can you help me.We are using 12.2.6.
