insert SYS.AUD$ leading to ora-600 and node restart every 30 minutes

hi,

INSERT into SYS.AUD$ leading to ora-600 i, I also causes noderestart as it suddenly shoots up in active number of sessions (according to OEM). These two are coinciding together. These keeps happenning every 30 minutes. Anyone had this issue before?

DB 11.2.0.4 RAC on RHEL 6.7

It's 3 rac node, only one node keeps restarting

tried look up tool but doc there was of not related to condition because there is no sql that it apply's to according to trace file
