Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error in rcv_transactions_interface

Hi

There is error record in rcv_tranactions_interface for ASN shipment, not able to find any error in po_interface_errors

select * from apps.PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS where batch_id=449295 (group_id)

(batch_id is group_id from
select group_id from apps.rcv_headers_interface
where shipment_num='213673D')

Is there is any other way to find out error message if details not found in .PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS.
