"Batch in use or in process of posting" error for a posted batch with status D in P0011

Hello Community Team

We have come across an RB batch that throws "Batch in use or in process of posting" error when trying to review that batch on standard receipt entry application.

1. Batch status is D in P0011.

2.Post status F03B13, F03B14 is D and  F0911 is P. This ensures that Batch is posted successfully.

3.) We have cleared the Cache and ran the integrity Reports R007021 and R007031 to resolve this error. But no luck.

4.) Also Batch Header deleted Via SQL.However still the error persists.

Is this a known issue? Please advice how to solve the same.
