Error at Purchase order receipt

Trying to receive a PO and i get this error. Warehouse Management is enabled.

Unit of Measure Structure Not Determined 

A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: The Unit of Measure structure for this item/ unit of measure
can not be determined.
RESOLUTION: Verify that a structure for this item/ unit of measure is
defined in the U/M Conversion Information program, verify the
Item Profile and U/M Definition by Group/Item information is
defined.
