Customizing EBS-OTM Integration for Oracle Shipping Execution process

We need to customize the EBS-OTM Integration for Oracle Shipping Execution (EBS 12.1.3)  in order to send new fields of Shipping Execution information from EBS to OTM. We check in Oracle Support the standard process start after user execute the Concurrent Program – Shipping Transportation Outbound Interface in EBS. This process calls java program which invoke  the webservice WshSendTxnToOtmService. So , someone has already customize these standard programs? Or used other approacth to customize Oracle eBS-OTM Inbound Integration?
