P34301 different form screen with same user at portal and JDE

Hello,

     I found some issues with P34301 at JDE and webcenter portal:

Issue 1:

     Same form: W34301I, diffrent screen.

        JDE :run task: 40/G43S11

         webcenter portal: Use P40SPLET : Blanket Schedule Advanced Search: Alert ID:4 : user role:Supplier.

Issue 2:

     Data diffrent also:

        JDE can view all record.

        Portal cant find a record.

Issue 3:

     Webcenter portal form:W34301I  did not pass the item value to screen.

Issue 4:

      Form:W34301B layout orderless at JDE, the buttons floating in the grid
