Could you please advice on OTM Upgrade from OTM 6.3.3 to 6.3.7 is major upgrade or patch upgrade?

Kindly list the what are major functionality difference between OTM 6.3.3 to 6.3.7.

very soon one of our Client going to upgraded to 6.3.7Your help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
