No Ledger Name in Ledger LOV in Import Journals

When attempting to select the Ledger_id in the Journal Import form,  get the following error:

FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate as Journal -> Import -> Correct

2. Correct the erroneous journals.

3. Navigate as Journal -> Import -> Run

4. Select the correct source and try selecting the Ledger

Also select * from GL_INTERFACE;  shows  below data
