Force Redeployment of OSM Cartridges having same version using CMT

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Order and Service Management Cartridge Management Tool to deploy versioned Customized Order to Activate (O2A) cartridges to an existing environment.  Our environment has 5 cartridge versions installed, 4 legacy (converted from OSM 7.2.0 O2A 7.2.0 to OSM 7.3.0.1.8 and 1 built on OSM 7.3.0.1.8  O2A 2.1.0. 

When I try to redeploy an older version of the cartridges using the Cartridge Management Tools (taken from Design Studio 7.3.4) deploy tool, this message is returned:

cartridge Charter_T3_OSM_O2A_SOM_Solution (1.2.3.0.0) lesser than or equal to the existing one. Skipping deployment.

Is there any way to force this to redeploy rather than skip the deployment?
