Grants Portal with broken links

Hello,

Does anyone faces the same issue we have with Grants Portal? We are in 9.2 and all the links do not work. After searching and navigating, whenever we drill down, the links on the bottom of different pages do not return us to previous screen but instead they direct to the search page when one has to start all over  again rendering the Portal useless.

Any help is much appreciated.
