What are the steps to change the ssl port in 12.2.6?

I have upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6.  I have configured EBS to use tls on port on 4443 and disabled the http port following

Enabling SSL in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (DocID: 1367293.1).  I don't see instructions for changing the ssl port.  We have always used ssl on 8000.  What are the steps or what document should I follow to implement that change?
