Transportation Document Sets.

I have an issue where I have created a custom version of Invoice to be used as a Commercial Invoice. We basically did a copy of the R42565 and called it a R5542565. When I call it as part of the document set it will not pass the pertinent  information to be able to print. It finds the job and it finds the BOL which I have setup to call at the same time and the BOL prints fine. However if I use the standard version it will print fine. I have tried to set up this as a custom
