Is using Supply Demand Inclusion Rule sufficient in including Non WO as Demand in MRP?

Question in regards to E1: MRP Planning for Parts Lists from Service Orders to be interpreted as Demand.  Would Supply Demand Inclusion Rule enough/sufficient to have this working properly? or any other suggestions in including service orders parts list, is greatly appreciated.
