new app server in existing enterprise

Hi,

We have a requirement to setup a new app server in the existing enterprise. There are already 5 app servers and need to create another one replicating one of the  app server. ex: app server 5.

Can you please provide the best practices for

- Pre-requisies

- Things to consider

- component and component groups setup and etc..

If there is any relevant document for achieving this, please provide same.

Once new app server is configured, we need to remove the app server 5 from enterprise. How do we do that?
