ora-600 found on standby alert.log during siwtchover

Dear gurus,

We have an environment of oracle dataguard configured on linux. The environment specifications are stated on below

Primary:

database - Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

OS - RHEL 5.3

datafile is on local disk, no asm or no storage

Standby:

database - Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

OS - RHEL 6.2

datafile is on local disk, no asm or no storage

Last 9th December 2017 when we have switched over the dataguard, on standby (old primary) database server we have found the following error:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/xyz
