Time card is not visible to past period even after setting past number of days in preferences as 365

Hello,

I need to update 20-Aug-2017 till 03-Sep-2017 time cards but these time cards duration is  not visible in to update or create. I have checked preference setting and could notice past period as 365.

Can you please why i am not able to access time card of the mentioned duration?
