Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi We have some performance issue with PPR select process

I see a fix in APINVSEL.rdf 120.8.12010000.31 < Patch 18557368:R12.AP.B

But also found Patch 25450184:R12.AP.B which gives APINVSEL.rdf 120.8.12010000.34

Can someone please confirm the latest version available for 12.1.3 that is not in a patch bundle ?
