TFA 12.2.1.3.0 install on HPUX generates command line errors

Just installed TFA 12.2.1.3.0 for HPUX on 4 hosts.  on N of them get following output when executing tfactl

host4:oracle:/home/oracle> tfactl print status

Empty compile time value given to use lib at /u01/app/oracle/tfa/d2wixdu01c004/tfa_home/bin/common/tfactlsumcollection.pm line 161

Empty compile time value given to use lib at /u01/app/oracle/tfa/d2wixdu01c004/tfa_home/bin/common/tfactlcollectionutils.pm line 60

Anybody know why, yet?   If so, can you explain what i need to do to fix TFA  so that these command failures go away?
