Work Order Completion - Adding Meter Readings Error

When we try to add a meter reading on the Work Order Completion page in Maintenance Management, we get the following message:

Class Row method GetRowset scroll AM_METER_READ is invalid. (2,270) AM_METER_READ.METER_TYPE.SaveEdit PCPC:1771 Statement:30 The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method. It is not valid for the current object. Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

I searched the Knowledge database and don't see anything that matches this except a retirement issue in AM. Has this been reported? Might there be a Bug ID for this? We are on Financials 9.2, PUM 15. We won't be applying the latest PUM Image until March 2018.
