When apply patch 26878187:

opatchauto apply /u01/instalador/26878187/26518812 -oh /u01/app/12.2.0/grid

get:

opatchauto bootstrapping failed with error code 1.

My OPatch version is:

1. OPatchAuto version 13.9.2.1.0

2. OpatchautoDB version 12.2.0.1.11

Similar case is in Doc ID 2197084.1, but in 12.1 version.
