PO Detail Request Date

It was just brought to my attention that the request date from the header on a PO entered through P4310 is not carrying down to the detail.  It is changing to the current day.  The only processing option I see that would control that is 10. Header to Detail and that is set to a 1.

I can't imagine it's always been like this.  Any suggestions?

We are tool and apps 9.1
