Change Query for Site Studio Designer?

I am setting up an 11.1.1.9 environment and we use Site Studio Designer to do some of the coding etc on our websites.  When I try to launch the Site Studio Designer I get a 'Failed to get search results with query "Fragment".  (Unable to retrieve search results. Error occurred while retrying the search query. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results).

I found a similar issue and it said to not use DBSearchContainsOpSupport while use OracleTextSearch.  I had that component enabled at first, so I disabled that component, restarted the content server and still had the issue.  Since it had to do with the indexing and DB, I did do a Rebuild of the collection through the Repository Manager.
