Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. BSSV COK 9.1 vs 9.2

We are seeing a strange issue in 9.2 that didn’t happen in 9.1.

In 9.1 when a user invokes a BSFN from BSSV, it associates the user to a COK and only one COK until it either the COK goes zombie or we restart BSSV.

In 9.2, we are seeing BSSV associate one user to multiple COK. This is causing some BSFN to fail because the calls to BSSV use BSFN cache.

Any ideas why in 9.2 BSSV would be attaching one user to multiple COKs?
