Siebel Slowness in EAI processing

Hi All,

Need some help here. We are experiencing slowness with Siebel EAI. When checked the logs it looks like the slowness is caused around 'Autocommit disabled' and 'SQL_ATTR_QUERY_OPTIMIZATION_LEVEL = 3'. This is repeated twice in the logs and could see a gap of around 1-2 secs.

DBA says these statements are fired by Siebel (as it appears in the siebel logs) and we are not able to figure out where it is located.

The slowness is just when EAI task tries to establish a session with database. Have also checked the network log and there is no delay in packets from/to siebel app server to/from database server.
