iSupplier Portal - Notification

Hi All,

I'm testing iSupplier functionality now, my version is R12.1.3.

One question about the notification on iSupplier External Portal.

I made a change to PO as a buyer and the Supplier did receive a FYI notification in mailbox but nothing showed up under Notification in the homepage of iSupplier External Portal.

Is it a normal system behaviour?
